How to register

This is an in-person meeting.

Please register online by filling in the registration form.

Included in registration

PDF abstract book, entry to all sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, 1 afternoon excursion, gala dinner.

Photo/Video

Parts of the conference may be photographed. The images may be used for documentation of the ECOP-ISOP 2023, but these will not be made publicy available.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received by 1.3.2023 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% of the conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received by 31.5.2023 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50% of the conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after 31.5.2023 (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fee.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at).

Cancellation Insurance

To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend to take out a Congress-Cancellation Insurance of the European Travel Insurance.
